Cataracts lens and Yag Laser

Can someone please help me advice on my eye cloudiness dilemma?
I had Intraocular lenses/cataract surgery 11 years ago, which was successful, but in the last year, my left eye has become cloudy, and my night vision is terrible.
I went to an eye specialist at Kremmer Eye Center. He told me I needed to get Yag surgery to get rid of the cloudiness and that my vision will be clear again. So on February 6, 2023, he performed Yag laser on my left eye. Since then, I’ve had a circling cloud in the middle of my left eye with a large floater. I returned to Kremer the next day because my vision was much worse than it was before Yag. I did not have a good feeling because everybody kept telling me there was no downtime.
My Doctor said it would dissipate, to give it more time, that some people, it takes longer for the debris to dissipate. Then another week went by, and. nothing changed, so I went back again on February 11. This time he told me it could be a problem with my lens. But I’ll have to wait until next week. if it doesn’t change, I will have to go to a specialist because it’s a very risky Procedure after YAG
I am freaking out! I’ve had headaches from it, and it’s throwing my vision off.

I got more information from reading this past/discussion Then I did with anyone at Kremmer Eye Center.

Can anybody please give me any advice? :folded_hands:t2:

I have no experience with the YAG procedure, but use of it is pretty common. I understand one of the risks (about 1 in 200) is a retina detachment. I would hope that is not the case, and I don’t know what the symptoms would be. However, an ophthalmologist should be checking for it. I also think there is a slight risk of the IOL lens being damaged. Again they should be checking for that.
