I noticed when I drink sodas it makes my UTI is worse I don’t drink sodas with sugar I’ll drink the ones with Splenda and it still causes burning . Maybe it’s the caffeine. Seems like when we’re right in the midst of menopause you have to be careful of everything you put into your body. Menopause is such a bummer and I hate the dryness down there too . 😬

I'm surprised that small amount and infrequency is enough to help you replenish the tissues. I use more than that and I'm doing 3x/week. I use the fingertip method; not the plunger. Everything causes cancer. Everything is a risk.

I also hate water so i drink Ribena that use as a cordial. Small amount of ribena and top up with water. I don't know if this is an option for you ladies. Just a thought, better than drinking water on its own. ☺
Yes I do that, just a very small amount, I also like Cranberry and raspberry, just a touch is enough.
HI Phoebe I have the exact same thing as you do had a hysterectomy 14 yrs ago,constipation I take senna I drank prune juice the other day got the runs came down with a uti. Why so many uti's I don't know. Sex I get uti what the heck I've had 3 or 4 cystoscopys all negative I was diagnosed with interstatial cystitis mild . On May 12 I have appt with my urologist and the infection is always E. coli I'm taking macrobide generic for 3 days I'm going to ask him to do another cystoscopys well at leat I'm not alone other than that I'm in perfect health I take Crestor for cholesterol no hi blood pressure no diabetes Phoebe please answer me have a beautiful day😊
Hi there feli, us ladies have so much fun don't we? I have been really good over the last couple of days in as much as I have been drinking a lot more, I had 2 pints yesterday and today I have had 3 pints of fluid today, I must make sure to do this everyday, though it was almost lunchtime before I had remembered to start drinking, I will have to set an alarm on my phone 'you must drink!' Lol. Haven't taken any senna for 2 days as well, things are looking up 😊
Thats good your drinking alot of water, I like to drink 4 glasses before lunch and 4 in afternoon then I just cant no more water, I changed my appt with urologist on Monday March 12 our specialist come from San Diego see what happening down there I will let you know take im happy you are feeling better😉
