I found this cavity behind my tooth.
I don’t feel pain when passing the tongue, but when I eat something I can feel a little pain

Considering that it is possible to see two molars and what looks like a premolar in the picture, I think this must be your wisdom tooth coming out.
It even seems like you can see a little bit of the tooth.
The ideal thing would be to have an x-ray to know if it is really your wisdom tooth and if it will need to be removed.
