Cefalexin, could this cause a miscarriage in early stages of pregnancy?

Blood group A negative

There is no evidence to suggest that cefalexin can lead to miscarriage or affects the baby's development. It is often used to treat urinary tract infections in early pregnancy (as an alternative to amoxicillin for example).
