so ive been on celepram for over 7 or 8 weeks. ive gone from 10, 20, 30 and now 40mg which i have been on for just over a week. at the moment im getting a bit of tension on my right side in the temple area and i just feel weird i.e. like my brain is trying to shut the bad thoughts out? is this normal?
its not bothering me overly much just want to know is anyone else has had this? also sometimes my eye hurts and my cheek a little bit i think its when i get stressed.
other than that i havent felt too bad i think their just mild side effects but still would like to know if anyone else has had this.
The sky is clear, cold and fresh, there's a mistiness about, that'll burn off pretty soon and looks like it'll be at least 11c today. Loadsa seeds sown yesterday and potting up, now waiting for the little burgers to grow!
Re cita, (after all that's why we're here, otherwise I should join a gardening forum! Lol!), As you know I upped to 40mg on Sunday. Tuesday had a sllight feeling of nausea, but nothing apart from wanting to go to sleep earlier, as the evenings wear on. We sit down to watch a DVD and next thing I know, it's time for bed! If we do other things I just have to crawl up the stairs drag meself in and pow! I'm gone man, gone!
Monday and yesterday morning it was a bit slow, but this morning I feel pretty good, just hope the side effects I got with the other increases don't return. I do feel confident, but then I have been caught out before. Hopefully all these thoughts are part of the healing process, but then again so are relapses! I'll shut up!
Be interesting to see other replies. In the meantime back to the plants!
that sounds lovely. it was i think about 32 degress here today. hoping that the cool weather comes soon i have the erg to go for a walk but not in that heat!
yes i have felt a bit mote tired in the mornings about an hour or two after taking the meds. just felt a bit strange in the head but meh ive got the tingly feet again though but that normally happens when ive been upped. getting there slowly but surely. i do feel more relaxed though havent really had much anxiety at all today (touch wood).
im just about to sot down and chill and watch a movie even though ive done this a fair bit lately lol i feel more calm its hard to explain i guess i can relax a bit more today which is unusual im normally up tight lol
32! 32! 23 would be more than enough for me, but there ain't much chance of that here! Anyway it would shrivel me gladioli's, possum!
Like you, I have noticed a little more calmness within and when I rant (small 'r'. It is more of a chat/I hope you don't mind me mentioning, but! rather than being worked up as I had become. We are pretty chilled as it is and do make a point of only doing chilled things. We have not replaced the TV that went wrong as it is full of utter cr-ubbish and anything worth watching we useBBC iplayer or catchup TV. We listen to BBC Radio2 every evening from 5pm up to 8pm or a little after and either watch a DVD/iplayer, chat or research me book.
All in all we do what we want and I do believe a life style change does help! We want to take it further and that also means physically as we live in town and want to move to the country and go self sufficient! Maybe start a retreat for the cita club! LOL!
Anyway, try and chill (if at all poss in that heat possum) and as the Dude says - abide!
