My doctor has put me on 40mg of Celexa and 0.5mg of ativan once a day. I am so tired and feel more anxiety than ever.

Did you start on 40mg? That's a big jump! I'm only on 10mg and I feel so sleepy all the time. It's been a few weeks. My experience with Ativan is that it makes me super tired as well. I'm told the sleepiness from the celexa will go away in a few weeks.

Both Cit and Ativan will make you tired. My psych lets me split my 20mg into 2 doses, it helps.

Thanks for the info. Do you take 1\2 in the morning and the other at night?

Yes I was started on 40 mg. I was taking 20mg of Brinellix.

Approx 2 weeks ago. I was taking Brinellix 20 mg then she changed me to Celexa 40.

Yes, I take 10mg at 8:30am and the other 10mg at 8:30pm. No problems doing it that way.
