Has anyone taken cephalexin for a surgical site infection before?
Just wondering how long it takes to start working - didn’t even think to ask the doctor.
I just started today. I take 500mg 3x’s a day for a week.

Yes I have, it takes three day to get into your system, they do this to keep infection down, I took 500 mg three times a day for a week to, good luck.
