CFS and high blood pressure

I'm a long term cfs sufferer and have recently found that I may have hypertension. Is there any correlation between the two? I've always assumed that my high b.p. readings are caused by anxiety but it now seems this might not be the case. Can't find much mention of b.p. issues and cfs online so maybe there is no connection at all. Anyone?

Hi James,

You could look at POTS and BP online. There are cross overs with cfs/me, maybe high BP is one of them?

I always had low BP but had high BP at the start of my cfs/me journey. So much so that I kept getting asked if I’d always had high BP! I have no idea what it is now.

Hope others can give you some input that’s helpful.
