Ever since my Fiance has gotten pregnant sex has resulted in me with a sore, itchy and chaffed penis (I recognize one may not have to do with the other, but the timing is strange). I end up with redness at the base of my shaft and what looks like chaffing just below the head. The area at the base gets painfully itchy at times. When I'm flaccid the areas are not noticeable, but when I'm erect they are visible, as clear as day. Also my fiance has no signs or symptoms of anything.
This is has been ongoing for about 8 months now and comes and goes in it's severity. Please look at the pictures I included and let me know what you think I might be dealing with. I am much too embarrassed to bring this to my GP and wouldn't even know how start this conversation, so any help anyone can give will be greatly appreciated. Please help as this has been a nearly constant source of stress and anxiety!
