Chances I contract Herpes over 1 night stand?

I was very drunk and slept with a girl I met at a bar. I did not wear a condom  which i am freaking out over and intercourse maybe lasted 45 seconds. After sex i wiped my region down with water and about 30 mins after I rubbed rubbing alchohol on my penis. I have no clue her name or her sexual history. I am a college age white male and she was a white female about the same age. I am (and still am) in a realtionship with a girl for about a 2 years and this is the first time I have ever cheated on her and I am worried about contracting herpes. I am going crazy as most things i have read say you cant tests for herpes untill 12 weeks out. 

1. What are the chance that I would get herpes from a one time interaction? Not knowing if she even has herpes, and if she does chances it was inflamed at the moment?

2. If I do not have symptoms within 2 weeks, am in mostly in the clear and dont have to worry about it?

3. Can i safely have sex with my current girlfriend with a condom now or hold off sex untill i can be assured i dont have it?

I am much more worried about herpes due to my girlfriend knowing i cheated if i contract it. I love her very much and have no idea why i drunkenly cheated and feel terrible. Is there anything I can do besides wait 12 weeks for a hsv test?

1 in 6 people have herpes. Wearing a condom doesnt provide absolute protection as areas that is not protected can catch the infection. Wearing no condoms put you at a risk for contracting other stds as well. If she is infected but doesnt show symptoms, you can still be infected as the person with the herpes virus goes through a "shedding" process.

2. Symptoms generally come on around 2-14 days. Not having any symptoms does not mean your in the clear. 80% of people with genital herpes, have symptoms so mild they miss it.

3. Read number 1 again. I would say wait 3 months for a blood test. You must wait 3 months to give your body adequate time to make antibodies specifically for the virus. Testing now will give you a "false negative".

The odds are low, but then anything's possible. I wouldn't worry too much about it, however, unless you develop any unusual symptoms. Most young folk do not have Type 2 herpes, incidentally, but some carry Type 1 (cold sore virus, which may or may not produce symptoms). Even if you were to one day catch Type 1 genital herpes via receiving oral sex from someone with it, it's not so bad after the first outbreak and isn't particularly infectious. Just saying.
