Hi All,
In my 10th week of 20mg now. Initially I took it in the morning for the first 2 weeks but it made me very sleepy so I changed to taking it at night.
I think that was just an initial side effect that has now possibly worn off and I want to try and switch back to the mornings to see if my sleep will improve.
My doc suggested I just skip the evening dose and take it the very next morning (meaning 36 hours instead of 24 hours). I am incredibly sensitive to medication and have a major amount of anxiety surrounding it, so I asked her if I could rather take 10mg at my normal time at night then take another 10 the next morning, then after that keep taking the full 20mg in the morning?
I dont think it matters too much asI have been on it long enough to build up a steady stream in my blood. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
