I have been reading all your experiences & am also 'suffering' from weight gain, I have been careful about what I eat & (even tho I REALLY didn't feel like it) exercising - but to no avail, the weight just continued to 'pile' on!
Well my Psyc has agreed to take me off them & I have increased my Venlefaxine from 150mg to 225m daily in prep to start to reduce the Mirtazipine 30mg daily. I am going to see her tomorrow and I am really really worried that when I start to reduce the Mirt, that I will NOT lose any weight It frightens me that I am pinning ALL my hopes on this & don't know how I will cope if does not work for me.
Is there anyone out there that has happened to??? Please help.
