Changing TSH

I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism 7 years ago and been taking Levothyroxine ever since.  For about the past 2 years I've been taken a 125 dose.  In June I had blood work and TSH was about 1.3.  Had blood work again the beginning of October and it was about 9.2.  Doctor upped dosage to 150 and 6 weeks later TSH was .119.  Changed dosage again to 137 and recent TSH was .142.  Now doctor is having me come in for office visit and possible further testing.   I feel somewhat the same with a little more anxiety than usual and I've lost about 14 lbs since the end of September. Should I be concerned?  Could I have missed too many doses of the 125 and never needed a change?

The 9.2 might have been a lab error. That would explain all of the above.  Can you view your lab results online say via Labcorp?  A misplaced .  could have caused you to be overmedicated and now hyper.

I never thought of a lab error. The older I get the more worse case scenario thinker I become and I’m sure the anxiety isn’t helping. I can see the results my doctor received from the lab which is the 9.4. I’ll bring up the idea of lab error and maybe too many missed doses when I meet with him next week.
