Good day. Im having this penis problem for quet a while now. Sometimes it disapears sometimes its annoying more. My foreskin has these red paches and dots. They apear on the penis head sometimes aswell. They itchy and uncomfy. I shower daily.

I have gf and i have sex often. Dont really want to see a doctor. Maybe there are some healing creams for penises. I tryed the regular nivea cream and it helped a lot. But the problem reapears after some time.
You may have a bacterial or fungal infection. Best ask your doctor or G U M clinician to prescribe the right cream to apply. If you really don't want to see a doctor, try anti-bacterial cream from the pharmacy and if it coesn't clear within a week, try an anti-fungal (athlete's foot) cream. Wash the area without soap.
