My daughter is 16 years old and has a cherry angioma on her forehead. Our doctor suggested us to apply Kerasol-F on the affected area to get rid of the cherry angioma. However, even after applying the medicine for more than a month, we're not getting the desirable results. We don't see any change in the cherry angioma. What should we do in this case?
Ask your doctor about cauterization, or freezing with liquid nitrogen, or laser surgery. I dont know where you are in the world but if you are in UK it may be seen as cosmetic and only available from a private consultant. If you are in UK, and can afford to do it, do ask your doctor to refer your daughter to a consultant privately. He/ She will know the best one to do this procedure. Dont try to remove this angioma by any DIY method. It will bleed profusely.
