my leg skin has more red spots like picture and my chest middle has a circle like picture. are this things dangerous? I have diabetes.
Ahri, you really need to see your doctor. Any outbreaks like this in a diabetic patient need attention. Do you monitor your blood sugar? Do you have regular checks?

The red spots on your legs are tiny blood vessels that may be damaged by the same reason. Diabetes is a long term condition and needs constant attention.
Its not dangerous in the sense that you are in imminent danger of dying but it may be the the first indication that your body in general is struggling to cope, and you could suffer further incidents of non healing patches.Do see your doctor.
