I got this cold chills on chest and back with sweat, its annoying, what cause it?
it could be several things. check your temperature. Sometimes people can have a fever even with cold chills.
are you having any other symptoms? Are you diabetic?
96.6F normal.
Slight cough
I am diabetic last time but now A1C normal with diet and not on meds, sugar level all good. 90 before meal. SP02 97-99.
Got tingling/cold sensation chest/throat.
BP is fine.
they are signs of heart attack but do not mean you will have itt.
dont even know why youd write that to somebody posting on an anxiety forum!
it’s not a heart attack. it’s more likely anxiety. I get them all the time x
sometime its fine, not always though. I scared.
if you’re worried get a check with your doctor they can get it checked out for you to put your mind at rest. it’s not a heart attack. you would know of it was. the fact you don’t have it all the time aswell is a good sign. if you have started new medication it could be a side effect of that but it’s more than likely anxiety x anxiety can cause a lot of crazy feelings and symptoms for sure x
I get it when my anxiety is really high x
i noticed when i drink green tea or caffeine fluttering happens with high alert, something not right. Chills have come on & off. I teledoc, doctor said its nothing and no nid to take any meds and wear tight clothes.
Medication side effects yeah probably i am taking multivitamin and statin.

It could be a couple of things. Lets start with the simplest first. It allergy season, pollen, dust and mold spores are everywhere. You could have an allergy you do or do not know about and it could have caused a mild upper respiratory or sinus infection and your body is fighting it off, hence the chills and the sweating. Also could be from any meds you are on. Could be your heart but doubtful. Could be diebieties but again doubtful. Too much caffeine or not enough caffeine, just stay away from caffeine if you have anxiety anyway. You may want to call your GP he may have a better guess.
