In my left chest beside my nipple I have a hard object under skin. It is hard and it doesn't change its size. sometimes deep pain but when I round my breast it's doesn't pain.Is this dangerous?please help me ?

My suggestion to you is to go to your physician for an examination. Is this hard circular object moveable or is it fixed to the underlying tissue? How large in mm or cm is the mass?
You need to make an appointment ASAP! May I ask your age? While it is rare for men to have breast cancer, it can occur.

Please make an appointment to see your physician today. If it is fixed, meaning you cannot lift the mass up, it could possibly be cancer. If it has smooth borders, it is more likely benign. You will need a mammogram, and possibly a biopsy. Does the mass have smooth borders? How large is it?

It could be an issue with your nipples. I do not see it as cancerous.
