Chest Pain Came out out of nowhere, has been present for 2 weeks now and I can't seem to find what itis

so about 2 weeks ago i got a really bad pain in the middle of my chest it felt like a sharp pain i woke up in the middle of the night and turned on my side and thats when i felt it i thought nothing of it and went back to bed i woke up and i still felt it. it. the pain started to lessen when i stopped sleeping on my side but it was still there. its weird i never had this before when i put pressure on my chest it starts to hurt i attempted to do a pushup and it hurt really bad i couldnt even push my self up. it also hurts sometimes when i take a deep breath and sneeze . it doesnt hurt when i touch it . im just worried about what this could be? i read that it could be pleurisy or a muscle strain but i never did anything to strain my chest. i have gerd and i know it van cause some weird symptoms but idk this seems weird should i be worried? also would there be any home remedies?

Gerd can cause chest pains if you have acid reflux or heartburn. But the sneezing you
mentioned and the two weeks you mentioned make me think its an allergy or sinus problem, where mucus is dripping into your lungs and causing the chest pain. Its pollen season and spring time so mold, dust, and pollen are abundant. And the mucus flows with gravity, so if you lay on your left side, your left lung would get the fluid and vice versa if you lay on your right side. If you lay flat on your stomach, the mucus settles in the middle. make sense? This is my first guess unless its the gerd causing acid attack, but your throat would burn and get irritated usually if it was acid. Its possible its a muscle strain also. But i need more information in order to give better advice. How old are you and have you had your heart checked out recently? Did they give you any medication for your gerd? Are you medicated for your anxiety? Get back to me when you can.

hello dont be too worried because I had similar thing but was there for 2weeks going down gradually.yu have to massage it hot thing be water or balm.

anyway it could anything like gerd, pulmonary pain ear and drink garlic tea at time.you need to continuously exercising it. as long your ECG and blood test are ok then it would be muscle strain u underneath the chest bone.

stay safe see your doctor if its left chest pain cry imortant

im 18 havent had heart checked. i haven’t been on any medication for gerd and for my anxiety. i dont have allergies either. the pain comes only when i put pressure on my chest, so lifting doing exercise sneezing also a very very minor pain when i lift my arms or put them in front of me. its very strange. hopefully this will go away soon never had this.
