Chest pain/left arm pain, centre jaw pain , Hair loss on Legs, feet swelled

Dear All,

Since 2016, I experienced various chest pain on my left and left arm pains, jaw pains. Whenever I went to A&E , I have been said that my heart I completely fine (after testing my heart tissue - blood test & ECG), and finally I did a Dobutamine Echo Cardiogram and results were normal and I got discharged from the Cardio doctor. but I am still having the same problems. Recently I checked Kidney Ultrasound and all normal. Last few days, I have a pain in center Jaw (one & off)  and I noticed today that mostly I lost hair on my both legs and feet slightly swelled. what could be the reason? anyone kindly advises me? Thank you so much for your help. I am overweight now , need to reduce it, planning to join in GYM, but these symptoms stopping me to do that sad

Sounds all too familiar. Maybe look up coronary microvascular disease.

Where about is the swelling on your leg? Is it painful or is the skin warm? Also do you get rapid heartbeat?

Hi, no rapid heartbeat...swelling is better now...but still chest pain on and off

What do the chest pains feel like? Does anything make it worse or better?
