Hi I have been having really bad chest pain right in the middle of my chest for about 3 days now, been to the hospital tonight had a ESG , blood tests and X-ray done and they all came back fine and doctors thinks it’s a pulled muscle in my chest but I’m really scared as the pain is still there and getting worse right in the middle of my chest and now my arms are starting to feel dead. I’m really scared even after the doctors said my heart and lungs were fine, I’ve heard a lot of this can be caused by anxiety but it feels so much worse than that literally feels like a heart attack please help if anyone knows anything or has suffered the same thing.
