My biggest fear is something happening in the middle of the night. Last night I had a rough night because there was an issue with someone, so I stayed up until 3am. Around 4 I woke up panicky from a few shooting chest pains that lasted maybe 2 or 3 seconds each and then I fell back asleep.
I know acid reflux is a major problem for most of us, how do you stop it enough before bed to not have an issue? Do any of you take over the counter meds on a daily basis for it? Today my chest still hurts which I'm trying to tell myself it was just gas and that I'm fine. It didn't hurt at all today when I wasn't thinking about it, so I know it's most likely anxiety.
I was taking zantac everyday basically but last week I had a few horrible days so the only thing solving my heartburn was baking soda and water.. Which I can't handle everyday because the taste is just horrendous
