Has anyone else experienced chest pain while taking these tablets?

It's not one of the known side effects (according to the BNF).
But as people taking it are probably at risk of CHD then I'm sure someone has.

I started the tabs on tue and a day or so later i had chest pains for the full day. I didnt know if i had pulled a muscle or it was the tabs so i kept going with them - but it was bad!!
It has gone now thank goodness.
Have u still been getting them??

I think possibly a trip to GP to reassure yourselves would be a good idea.. Chest pain of any sort should be investigated I would have thought. I wish you a happy and healthy weight losing future
