So I bent down to pick some clothes up and I got a sharp pain in the left side of my chest felt like my heart that was yesterday feeling right spacy today and have chest pain anxiety playing up thinking all sorts any 1 else get like this it was a sharp pain

usually heart attacts present themselves with a crushing pain not a sharp pain.  If you're really worried go to the dr and get your heart checked.

Thanks for the reassurance , that's all I needed it's a pain in the back side when iv gone so long with out high anxiety and it comes back I know it's like that but I need a long brake from it

Hi Paul, i have had same sort of thing today and like you get really worried. It was triggered when i bent forward to pick something up same as you and its sharp pains in centre of my chest. I have problems with indigestion and gas, my doctors says its what causing my pains.
