I been have chest pain all day it on the left side in the middle of the chest I am scared it my heart I don't no the difference from anxiety or heart problems does any one goes through this

Hi Lisa,

When I suffered from anxiety, I had chest pains like you described. Do you also feel sick and get a funny taste in your mouth when you get the pains? If so then it sounds like anxiety attacks, they can cause heartburn.

I just get the chest pain and neck pain 2 I had X-ray on my neck everything came out good

Ok well it might still just be anxiety, you can get a sore chest and stiff neck from the stress, it's a vicious cycle unfortunately.
