Hello I’ve had off and on chest pain for almost a month. I went to ER 3 times already and finally they diagnosed me with anxiety. I feel so lost I have no energy but I don’t sleep. My back, legs and foot hurt all the time also my chest pain come and goes. I don’t know what to do I feel like I’m dying or have a illness please help
Feeling lost is the worst part and not being able to sleep. They changed my meds and I feel like crap. Did you go to your doctor? They should beable to give you something for that. I'm not sure if your doctor would give you xanax or ativan, I'm surprised they didn't give it to you in the hospital, tat works the fastest for panic (not necessarily the best in the long run seeings its addictive) I wish you all the luck. I know how you feel believe me and its very uncomfortable
Yes they gave me meds at hospital but I’m unable to see a primary because I lost my job and insurance. My son was diagnosed with cancer in May and I have been running on autopilot since then now it’s like I’m not running at all very scary. Kinda afraid to take the meds because of side effects and I’m primary care giver for my son (10)
