Hi i am new to this forum and the only reason i joined was to get some info about health.I am 43 and not as fit as i should so not sure if its all connected.In the last few months i have been getting pain in my chest which is worrying plus i am more breathless than usual.I am putting that down to as not being fit and needing an inhaler but the chest pains are worrying.They are like shooting pains but can last for a while so its not as if they are short ones.Cheers and if anyone can help that would be great.
So you're thinking that perhaps you have a Heart problem?

Your first stop should be your Gp - and as soon as possible. Chest pain is not something to be ignored. Breathlesness can be associated with both heart and lung problems, so ask to be checked over for both. Don't delay - better safe than sorry.
Thanks and the last time i went to the docs he said my heart was fine.I have had a lot of stress lately which prob doesnt help either but i will and get checked again.
