After I read your post I remembered how it all started for me. It started this way you're experiences now, this sensations gave me a feeling of a heart attack, and I also felt some kind of a sickness in my had, hard to explain. But this was just the first day. After that I just wasn't been able to breathe and felt kind of sick, I was very week, generally felt bad as if I'm being really sick. I had no strength and I had to rest a lot. But these are not sensations, these are "the real thing". The only sensation I had after day one was not being able to breathe. I say sensation, cos these are not really symptoms, you do actually breath normally, my oxygen level in my blood was 98% so I was breathing just fine. The problem is that my brain was giving me false information that I can not breath. I've been great i.e. I do not experience any disorder, for 1,5 yrs now. And when I think about it now I'm actually amazed how powerful our brains are.
So resting basically got it all sorted?
