Chest feels sore in the centre area like a aching that hurts more wen i breath help is this my anxiety

Yes its your anxiety hun.. I get this too.. it's unpleasant but lay a cold wash cloth on the back of your neck and try to relax.. do some breathing slowly..

Yeah im on day 7 of fluxotine and i have diazepam i have took one diazepam i have only had one since i got presxribed them been tryin to stay away from them but can feel myself get more anxious x

Then take one don't suffer.. I take ativan as needed. . I also take Lexapro everynight.. if I'm upset I take my ativan..

That could be the fluxotine side affect.. give it time it does go away.. just your body getting used to it.. try some breathing.. take a warm bath..

I can understand what you must be feeling, well i have been having this constant chest pain every single day and it's so annoying i just always try to ignore it and try to do some cleaning or cooking just to distract my mind
