Hey warriors
So can someone explain the chills I get for a couple days before and after my period ends?? I get one one, it comes out of the blue and it lasts about 4 seconds and then goes away. It's such a weird feeling!
HI kelly, This happens to me...often lately. Sometimes mine comes after I have a flash/ flush and my body cools. My period ended yesterday...only 2 days long and light...but I feel hot and cold. I thought maybe it’s the Ad I take 🤔. It is boiling hot outside, I am in with AC. Half of me is hot, the other chilly. Simply put it is WEIRD!

I had this while in Peri it was weird it felt like I was coming down with a cold. Chills started from my legs up. Now post meno so I am not having them anymore. Hang in there it will pass! Keep busy physically and emotionally take on a hobby just don’t let menopause kick you in the butt !
