My partner and I got STI tests before we started our relationship and where present at each other's results and both clear. I am pregnant and had some bleeding so they did a vaginal swab and I was told I had chlamydia and thrush so had treatment. My partner got tested but came back negative, I haven't bit cheated and don't understand why he is clear.
Did you get your throats swabbed or just the urine test? If one of you was carrying it on your throat and this wasn’t tested it could later have been transfered via oral sex.
