So in 2019 i managed to catch chlamydia in my throat and vagina due to having unprotected sex . I never knew i had it i had a change in discharge and a little itch but i figured it was a yeast infection . I got it treated . Well i recently noticed i had blood in my poop and had a itch there . Ive never done anal sex but i learned you can infect yourself . I never got tested anally . But the past couple of days my discharge out of my vag has been a lot more thick and sticky than usual . And then i started my period which i don't normally get because i have the birth control in my arm . And i never get cramps in my stomach its always my back until now .Also my blood has been really clumpy i added a pic. Could this be Pelvic inflammatory disease ? Or could i have somehow given chlamydia to myself ?
u should go to the doctors blood in the poo can be a few things anything from hemorrhoids , am internal bleed to bowel cancer its not a common symptom of chlamydia pelvic inflammatory disease is very painful it causes severe pelvic pain and discharge i could hardly walk when i had it mine was caused by having bv u need to go and see a doctor so they can do some tests to find out the cause of your symptoms
