Well, the figures themselves are not affect on sex.
But any emerged problems with erection may (though not necessarily) be the first signal that something wrong with the blood vessels.

I've never heard of high cholesterol affecting sex but I do know statins certainly do.
if you are taking statins then this could definitely affect sex if not then I would speak to your doctor to find out what's going on, could be something simple as Roverr mentions blood vessels.
