I hope you had a enjoyable Christmas and 2018 will be good for you and your wife and Pax of course.

Just put my sister on the train this morning now I have gone into the exhausted, no energy, motivation and pathetic frame of mind again as it is so hard keeping that face on being enthusiastic for her my son and grand kids. Feel so washed out now. and useless etc.

So I'll stop there so I don't drag anyone else down!!!!!
