Chronic abdominal pain

20 year old female. 15 months ago I started having abdominal pain lower right side. Was admitted to hospital and had my appendix removed despite the fact it wasn't inflamed. Two weeks later the pain returned, have had 3 CT, 1 MRI, 5 ultrasounds, 6 blood test, urine analysis and stool analysis, gastroscopy all have come back clear. Recently pain has gotten worse, and move to the side and my back, increasing nausea and occasional vomiting. No diarrhoea or constipation. Have been in hospital 3 times and seen multiple specialists and non have any idea what could be causing these Simpsons. Anyone experienced similar symptoms?

Following.

I would like to know an answer for solution, too.

My girl in huge abdominal lower right quadrant (appendix area) pain, like an obstruction, but there is none, she has faulty connective tissue and a part of intestine seems not to work, in contrary, it has moved comfortable downwards sitting on other organs and probably a part of the problem.

Not ready for part gut removal in order to lift loops off blood supplies or an artificial stoma, but the pain is huge, the nausea and vomiting also life disabling.

Have you had an MRI angio-veinogramm? (not -graphy, I mean the non-invasive test, not the groin vein access)

Have you had a gastric emptying study (for nausea, vomiting assessment)

Best of luck!

PS: have you had an ultrasound for pelvic congestion syndrome?
