Had unprotected sex In Sep 2019 with coworker. First symptom started a day after where my penis smelled a foul rotten smell. I probably took 5 showers to get rid of the smell. I believe it never left and was still lingering because in October the smell was strong again. Washed again with water and soap and realized that the smell would linger and if not by the end of the day the smell would be worse. Now comes November and I notice my inner foreskin under penis Corona is red on the right and left side of penis only. The penis head will also get Inflammed after masturbation. This also when I realize that the rotten smell is coming from a discharge. The discharge is clear and sticky. If I rub the discharge it will have a few white to it. Almost like saliva. I read online that it may be a yeast Infection so I buy Lotrim antifungal cream. Applied it for around 2 weeks and didnt really notice a difference (I think it helped a little with itching and smell) but it didn't solve the problem. I decided to get checked for STDs and all test came back negative twice, including Hsv 1 and 2 (Did the tests in Jan). Now being desperate I tried at home remedies by drying my foreksin after a shower which actually helped stopped the itching but I believe it makes the discharge worse I'm not sure on it. Has anybody experienced or is experiencing my current situation? I see my guys here have redness on glans but no one really has a discharge which I have. I've been doing tons of research and I am worried that I may have HPV, a rare form of yeast, Mycoplasma genitalium, some sort of bacteria, or maybe a bad case of a common yeast Infection. I have a doctor appoint in the next days to see if maybe antibiotics might do the trick but I'm really worried that it's all gonna be for nothing since antifungal cream didnt work. Could it be the constant rubbing in shower and using soap a factor in this chronic balanitis? This has me really down because I'm worried that I'm infectious and Its ruining my life. Anybody with any exact symptoms who has been treated successfully please Reply below or message. Edit: The discharge is almost constant. I don't remember if it was always like this but I believe maybe drying my penis after a shower has something to do with it? The discharge makes my foreskin really wet and smelly.
