erosive lichen planus in mouth, extremely sensitive mouth to spice, temp, hard foods. currently using Rx with steroid. no difference. also started using baking soda to gently brush. I'm a dental hygienist. nothing lacking in oral hygiene. any suggestions how to get rid of it?
Get your immune system checked…Thyroid antibodies, Immunoglobulin -A, Immonuoglobulin-M and Antinuclear Antibodies, Sedimentation Rate. If those are out of line, proceed with Immunologist/rheumatology.
