2 years on from Urolift and I still have chronic pain. It is off to one side; not in the urethra. Feels sore; not comfortable to sit, sometimes an ache and at other times more of a sharper pinpoint pain. When I spoke to the urologist about it he says that the clips can shoot out beyond the prostatic capsule and that maybe a urolift tag has hooked a nerve. He says the clips dont show up well on any type of scan so all he can suggest is another op to cut the tether in the urethra to relieve the tension. Has anyone else experienced ongoing pain after Urolift?
