I got an e-mail from a medical supply company promoting a product called Theraworx Protect. It is supposed to help reduce the chance of UTIs for people who use a Foley catheter or perform CIC. Luckily, I haven't had any UTIs since I started CIC over a year ago, but I was thinking of trying the product and making it a part of my CIC protocol . I tried to find more information on the product website regarding application, etc., but couldn't find much. Does anyone have any experience with this product that they would like to share?
You should research the vendor to see if they are legit. Too many scams.
I purchase medical supplies from the company. It is a large established business. They are not running a scam.
Still looking for comments on the product from anyone experienced with using it.
