Please!! Anyone experience heart paplitations? I've been back on them for 3 months now and feel like I get more pvc's!!
Anyone else experience this? Or could it just be my anxiety? I'm scared that something is wrong with my heart!

Hey Kerri iv been there it can get scary , I've had them do to anxiety, buy anxiety isn't the only thing that can cause palpitations. Iv had stomach problems for the last 6 years , acid reflux an gerd, when u eat a meal an ur stomach feels up with acid an u can feel the food come back up to your throat with acid it's caused me to have palpitations. I wasn't having an anxiety attack or nothing, I threw up everything I could took previcid an drunk some milk an went away. But yes iv also have had palpitations caused by anxiety with arm weakness an pain chest pain massive head aches , went to er thought iv having heart attack several times an they do all the blood work with full ekg an ct ... everything normal ... hearts perfect.. you will eventually learn how to cope with it. If your having symptoms with pain take some pain meds an occupy the mind. Read a book play a video game just try to get your mind focused on something other than wats Goin on in your mind. You will over come this eventually. I'm running beside u against this curse called anxiety. We are here for you, your not alone.
generic lexapro is a good med . 20mg is the max even though docs go over , in england over 65 and 10 mg max , i have just come off it after a cool 2 years , but alas it pooped out , made me eat to much, drop to 10 mg see if thats better

Yes defiantly a good med as it helped me so much!! Just feel like now that I'm back on them , get more papltations and read that is a side effect but maybe it's just all in my head lol!
Was on 10mg but up to 20 mg as been having some stress in my life with my sick father but I will get through it 
i found 20mg just bought on side effects , 10mg was my theraputic dose and the other 10mg did nothing only kill my sex life and make me fat . dropped to 10mg nothing changed in my mood but my sex life came back ,not to normal but i was happy. the weight thing was bad i didnt eat much and wa banned from drinking with major ploblems . so on paper the weight should have dropped off but it got worse.
