bad side effects
Are you taking it for an infection? I took it some time ago and it made me feel very nauseous. GP changed it.
yes it was for an infection. how much did you take matron
If you mean the dose john I think it was 250 or 500mgs, just can't quite remember but I took it for 3 days before I rang the GP and told him it made me feel worse!
The reason i asked is because i took 750mg twice daily 7 days. That was 2 yrs ago. Still suffer with side effects, head, joints, heart, lost muscle , and on and on
That is a high dose. What does your doctor think about these side effects?
dr ignored me . housebound 12 months
If you think it's the antibiotic that's caused your symptoms there is a yellow card reporting system to alert companies to adverse reactions to any medication. It may be an idea to use that. After all you may not be the only one affected and it helps build up a picture of adverse reactions. If you search tis website you will find it. Last time I mentioned it a moderator kindly added the link to this forum.
There are thousands of people in america suffering bad damage. I reckon the yellow card is a waste of time. it does not pay to complain against the nhs
It's not a complaint john. It's just letting them know. As far as I know they won't get in touch with you
as i said ,its a waste of time no one cares the nhs is a farce
they took me from healthy to disabled with antibiotics
