Just wanted to ask for any advice on a Circumcision procedure I had recently. I had the procedure twice, as the first operation left me bleeding quite badly and I had to go back into Emergency surgery two days later to ‘have it done again’ (stop the bleeding and properly dress it). So basically, I understand all the post op recovery periods etc, but it’s now close to 6 weeks, which was advised as ‘recovery’ time, and the scar line is still really quite sore? I understand the sensitivity is going to be an issue for a while, and I’ve been following every bit of recovery advice, but did anyone else have the same issue after an adult Circumcision at all?
Also, it looks a mess still … really not happy with it, but I’m hoping and praying that the surgery line as it gets better will look better, but I don’t feel comfortable at all and as I say, the operation line / scar line is really quite sore right now. Is that normal after 6 weeks?
Obviously things like nighttime erections are still sore, and the head is very sensative still, but I’m slightly worried that by now the operation line (while it’s not bleeding or anything) is really sore to the touch and seems to constantly be hurting. I don’t have any signs of an infection that I know of or that you are told to look out for, but it’s really getting me down right now!
