I am a 17 year old boy that had had circumcision when i was a baby and the circumcision had gone wrong and now my penis or testicles do not grow however i am able to get erections and masturbate however my testicles and penis has not grown since then is there anything anyone knows what i should do please let me know and please if you can what is going to happen ie surgery/plastic surgery.

I do not know what you are talking. A circumcision does not change the size of anything. You are only 17 you are still going through puberty. It take 6 years. If you feel you are having a problem. See a Urologist and have your testosterone. It may be low.

That is very true. We need to see pictures to see if everything is normal. Like I said you may still be going through puberty. Just give yourself some time. All men are different. We come in different size and shapes.
