Ok so I went under the knife 10 weeks ago. Had alot of bad swelling and infection that anti-biotics sorted ok. Had check up with consultant 3 weeks ago and he was pleased but noted soreness along scar line that he said would heal ok. But a day ago it bled a little and is now pretty sore. bearing in mind its been 10 weeks what should i do? It stings if i touch the scar. Do i try vaseline and hope it just gets better slowly? Im older than most on the forum - 54, so guess slow healing is a price i pay?

No your not older then most. We are all different ages. Can you tell me why you had a circumcision at 54 was there something wrong.
You do know that when we get older it does take us more time to heal. So give yourself more time. I guess your doctor told you no sex of any kind until it is healed then you will be good to go. Try the vaseline or ask your doctor for something.
