Citalopram and backache

what kind of tablets do you take in case of backache? I would normally take an anti inflammatory but at the moment I am using an ice pack.

cocodamol is fine but not to be used on a regular basis ..

Thank you everyone. I have also asked the chemist and she said that voltarol gel is also fine
