I’ve been on 10mg of citalopram for several yrs but have increased anxiety. Just started 20mg yesterday and feel worse. I need encouragement. I know its normal to have side wffects. I have lorazapan id needed but am so afraid to rely on that.
Don't be afraid of the lorazepam that is why the doctor prescribed it to you.is for comfort while your body is adjusting and going thru the dreadful anxiety symptoms/side effects.
I have a question. I take .25 klonopin if needed at night only. I've recently started celexa 10mg. It hasn't kicked in yet. I've done klonopin as needed since April. I never take it more than 2 or 3 times a week and only night only. You don't think I could have withdrawl if I stop taking it completely. My doctor says only if you take it around the clock and lots of it. I'm nervous because I've been using this since April.
Your doctor might be right .
