for the past month i have been on every google search every forum , striggling to c how i will ever get better . but … for everyone who is still struggling i just want to tell u it does get better . im not 100% there yet but at least 80% of me is back !!! i have been laughing , dancing , spending time with my kids . the doctors have really helped me as i had valium amd beta blockers to help me through the worst it really worked . for the first time i havent taken a valium this morning and im here smiling !!! i had the worst month of my life and i wanted to die i couldnt deal with the pain but please if your strugglimg stick with it it wont feel like it yet but it gets better xx

i new you would be ok. just dont over due it for another month or so. it’s been a miracle drug for me.

im on 20 mg thats what i started on amd its really worked . i have been on it 4 weeks x

are you still having ups and downs on the meds? or mostly good days? i have been increasing my dose and am on the higher dose now for 3 weeks but still having ups and downs.

i don t have any days where im 100% free of being ill as i still have an hour or 2 a day where i feel exhausted and a little anxious but its definately a million times better than how i was as i was bed bound and in a constant state of panic
