I was perscribed Fluoxetine to take on Monday (first day off Cita today).
If I feel a need to start them tomorrow would it be ok?
I think you should check with your doctor but I think they prefer you to wait.
Give them a ring and ask

Took a long walk today at lunch which helped, but my head is starting to get sore - sunlight maybe lol.

I had to take a fluoxetine yesterday as after work I was made to go on a call-out which was easy enough but after it was over (on the way home) I was getting very agitated and just felt like there was this pressure on my head in a way.
Not going to take any more until Monday (when I'm supposed to start).
