Citalopram - Sore throat and headaches 12 weeks in

Hi

I have been on citalopram for approx. 12 weeks now and feel much better with anxiety and depression however I was wondering if anyone has experienced headaches, sore throats and stuffed nose. I seem to have had this for a good few weeks now. Still feeling lethargic at times and little motivation but keep pushing myself to do things like get dressed, home school and clean . I was wondering if the headaches could be to do with low sodium but not sure and was tempted to discuss with my doctor however I’m one to delay things usually to see if they pass. Any thoughts would be great

Im 15weeks in on 20mg, I also get the headaches, all though they aren’t like normal heavy headaches, it’s almost as if i have rested my head on a stone (on both sides) and have a very mild ache,… it doesn’t hurt as such, it’s just annoying lol.
I haven’t had any sore throat but i do find i feel stuffy some days, and every day my left nostril seems to run, its now sore from it running all the time.

I don’t know if any of this is helpful as such but its more to let you know i have had similar, so i also wonder if it is normal.
