Started using Herbal Nytol to help me sleep as been struggling to get a good sleep lately, but I think the Nytol just makes me feel light headed and sick. Is this due to taking Citalopram alongside it?
Light headedness, dizziness and nausea are possible side effects of Citalopram so it could be just that and nothing to do with the Nytol. My advice would be to stop the Nytol and see if the symptoms go away. Also check with your pharmacist for advice on what could be taken in combination with the Citalopram to help with sleep if you find that the Nytol is the problem.
